Welcome to Crawford Park
Courts closed for refurbishment
Improvements are coming to the tennis courts at Crawford Park.
Work is due to start on Monday 8 September and will take around four weeks to complete. The project includes:
- Filling cracks and joint lines
- New kerbing around the courts
- Replacement of sockets and equipment
The project has been made possible thanks to the support of the Lawn Tennis Association.
In the meantime, people may wish to use the recently renovated courts at nearby Souter Park. We appreciate your patience while these improvements are carried out.
About us...
Crawford Park is a tennis site located on Seatonville Road, Monkseaton. The site has two recently refurbished hard courts.
There is on-street parking available and our site is a 10 minute walk from West Monkseaton Metro station.
Crawford Park is a registered LTA tennis venue for the 2024-2025 season.
