You can book up to 7 days in advance.

How early can I gain access to the tennis courts?

Your gate PIN will go live 5 minutes before your booking time.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, click on your profile page and click on the booking tab. A cancellation option will be available for the court you wish to cancel.

Can I refund for my booking?

If you need to cancel a court, you must cancel 4 hours before your start time in order to get a full refund.

Why are courts pre-booked?

North Tyneside Council reserves the right to pre-book the courts for coaching, maintenance and special events at its discretion.

What if it is bad weather?

In the event of bad weather or adverse playing conditions users should do there upmost to cancel the booking.
